Taste of Charlotte

I used to live for this annual festival. Even scheduled my weekend meals around it so could go both Saturday and Sunday. {Truth} This year I didn't even know it was going on until someone mentioned it on my morning Friday morning. {Oh how priorities have changed!} We hustled up there today for the tail end of the chaos that is any uptown Charlotte festival. Like her father, Addie is not one for crowds but let's be real, the only reason we were there was because I wanted to go and Jim puts up with my love of "local flair". Even handed over money to buy some awesome honey and of course the required bag of kettle corn!
