On our way to the beach, we drop Teva at her Auntie Kim's house - Rivendale Farms. Kim is actually the person who rescued Teva so it is fun for everyone to see each other and catch up. We easily get the better end of this deal because we have peace of mind knowing our 4-legged child is well cared for and Teva gets to live the grand life for a week, (swimming in the lake, being doting on, having doggie friends to run around with, chasing the barn cats and am pretty sure being allowed on the furniture.)
Anyway, on this visit Kim captured another someone's heart as well! Addie got to hold cats, pat dogs & horses and ride their brand new pony! This is another activity I would fully support. Horses are amazing creatures and this sweet pony was no exception. We really must make a point to get down there one weekend to "play"!
